Apply for this visa to live, work and invest in New Zealand. You must have at least NZD $15 million or the weighted equivalent in available assets or funds.
Applicant must be a "fit and proper person", and never have been investigated by the Serious Fraud Office or the NZ police related to business dealings. No convictions for an offence involving dishonesty. No involvement in business fraud or financial impropriety.
Applicant must meet a minimum standard of English.
Applicant must invest NZD $15 million or the weighted equivalent in acceptable investments in New Zealand
Applicant must transfer investment funds to New Zealand
Applicant must have earned or acquired the investment funds lawfully
Applicant must invest the nominated investment funds in acceptable investments in New Zealand for a minimum of 48 months
Applicant must meet health and character requirements
Partner and/or dependent child(ren) may be included in the application
